At Calvy (Om Plastics Industries), we are committed to delivering high-quality thermoware and kitchenware products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and this policy explains the process for returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.

Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
• Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Customized or clearance items, if any, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Any shipping or handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Replacements

In case of defective or incorrect items, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
